The treatment of detainees inside Delaney Hall is appalling. Lack of medical care. Insufficient and sometimes infested food. Overflowing sewage, overcrowding, no outdoor time, and blatant retaliation. Nearly all of them have no criminal record and many are in this country lawfully, yet they are being held in conditions worse than criminal jail. This is just un-American. They must be released now.
